Airport and meeting: Guests flying in usually arrive at Antalya Airport (AYT), the main gateway for this area. Enter the flight number in full; many flights land in Antalya at the same times, and matching your flight correctly depends on this information. Antalya Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for international flights and a separate terminal for domestic flights; adding the terminal on your ticket to the booking notes makes the meeting easier. If you land late at night or in the early hours, let the hotel reception know your arrival time too; properties often want advance notice for night check-in.
At the property: On Muratpaşa's numbered and one-way streets a hotel entrance may not be visible from the main road; putting the street name and number in the booking saves the driver time. City traffic builds up around the morning and evening commute; if your return transfer falls in those hours, an earlier pick-up may be needed.
