Transferise is operated by GERGER Destination Travel Agency (TÜRSAB License No: 18926), Altıntaş Mah. Kardeş Kentler Cad. Selvi İş Merkezi No:85 İç Kapı No:1, Aksu / Antalya, Türkiye. Privacy contact: info@transferise.com.
2. Scope
This policy applies to visitors, booking customers, passengers, travel agency users, supplier applicants, supplier portal users and people who contact Transferise.
3. Personal data we may process
- Identity and contact information such as name, e-mail and telephone number.
- Booking and journey information such as pickup/drop-off, dates, flight number, hotel, passenger count, extras and special operational notes.
- Partner and company information submitted in B2B or supplier applications.
- Payment status, transaction references and payment-method information received from payment providers. Transferise is designed to use hosted/payment-provider flows and does not intentionally store full card numbers or security codes.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, browser data, session records, server logs and consent preferences.
- Communications sent to customer service, operations or partner teams.
4. Why we process data
Data is processed to create and manage reservations, deliver vouchers and service messages, assign and operate transfers, provide customer support, process partner applications, maintain accounts, prevent abuse, keep accounting records, comply with law and—where consent or another lawful basis applies—measure site performance or send marketing communications.
5. Legal bases
Processing may rely on performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, legitimate interests where permitted, and explicit consent where required. For individuals protected by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), processing is carried out under applicable KVKK conditions. GDPR rights and legal bases may apply where the GDPR has territorial application.
6. Who data may be shared with
To operate a transfer, necessary booking details may be shared with the assigned driver, transportation supplier or operational partner. Data may also be processed by hosting, e-mail, analytics, fraud-prevention and payment service providers, professional advisers and competent public authorities where legally required.
7. International transfers
Because Transferise supports worldwide travel and suppliers, booking or technical data may need to be processed outside the passenger’s country. Where cross-border personal data rules apply, Transferise will use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and limit the data to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
8. Payments
Online payments may be handled by enabled providers such as PayTR or Tami. Their hosted payment environments and privacy terms may apply. Transferise stores the booking payment status and transaction references needed for reconciliation and support.
9. Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary technologies are used for security, sessions and requested functionality. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are disabled until the user makes the relevant consent choice where consent is required. See the Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings panel for details.
10. Retention
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and for applicable legal, tax, accounting, dispute and record-keeping periods. Retention periods can differ by data category and country.
11. Security
Transferise applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards including access controls, session protection, audit logging, role separation and restricted partner access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
12. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to obtain information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority. Under KVKK, the rights in Article 11 may apply. Requests can be sent to info@transferise.com with sufficient information to verify the requester and locate the relevant data.
13. Children
Transferise services may transport children when included in a booking, but the booking account and contract must be managed by an adult. Child passenger information should be limited to what is operationally necessary.
14. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The latest version is published on this page.
