1. Operator and scope
Transferise is operated by GERGER Destination Travel Agency (TÜRSAB License No: 18926). These Terms apply to customer bookings made through Transferise websites and booking channels. Depending on the route, a transfer may be fulfilled directly by the operator or by an approved professional transportation supplier.
2. Booking and confirmation
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for all passengers. A booking is confirmed only when Transferise issues a confirmation and reservation reference. The booking voucher contains the operational details available at that time.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown during checkout are based on the route, vehicle, passenger count and selected extras. Private vehicle prices are generally per vehicle; shared services may be priced per passenger. Available payment methods may include cash to the driver and enabled online payment providers such as PayTR or Tami. The payment method shown in the confirmed booking governs collection.
4. Changes and cancellations
Unless a different condition is shown for a specific booking, eligible changes and cancellations may be made up to 24 hours before the relevant pickup time. Round-trip bookings are operationally separated into outbound and return legs, and My Booking may allow an eligible leg to be changed or cancelled independently. Changes that affect route, vehicle, passenger capacity or extras may change the price and may require operational approval.
5. Flight information, delays and waiting
Passengers must provide correct flight or arrival information where requested. Flight monitoring may be used for airport pickups, but it does not remove the passenger’s responsibility to keep Transferise informed of material schedule changes. Waiting time, meeting points and operational instructions may vary by airport, supplier and booking and are shown in the voucher or communicated by the operations team.
6. Meeting the driver and no-show
The passenger must be reachable on the contact number supplied in the booking and follow the meeting instructions shown in the voucher. If the driver cannot locate the passenger, the passenger should contact Transferise or the assigned supplier before arranging alternative transport. Failure to appear at the agreed place and time without communication may be treated as a no-show.
7. Vehicles, luggage and extras
Vehicle images are illustrative of the booked category. An equivalent or higher-capacity vehicle may be used when operationally necessary. Passenger and luggage quantities must fit the selected vehicle. Oversized luggage, sports equipment, child seats, accessibility needs and other extras must be declared during booking where available and may carry an additional charge.
8. Passenger conduct and safety
Drivers and suppliers may refuse transport where a passenger’s conduct creates a safety, legal or operational risk. Passengers must comply with applicable law, seat-belt rules and reasonable driver instructions.
9. Approved transportation suppliers
Transferise may assign an approved local supplier to perform a confirmed transfer. Relevant booking data is shared with that supplier so the service can be operated. Supplier assignment may be automated using route, availability, price and operational criteria and can be reviewed or changed by Transferise operations.
10. Events outside reasonable control
Traffic disruption, severe weather, road closures, strikes, public authority action, flight disruption and similar events may affect journey times or service performance. Transferise and the operating supplier will use reasonable operational efforts to provide the service or an appropriate alternative where feasible.
11. Service issues and complaints
Operational issues should be reported as soon as possible using the contact details on the voucher. Written complaints should include the reservation reference and relevant evidence so the service can be reviewed.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Transferise is not responsible for indirect losses or events outside reasonable control. The operating supplier remains responsible for carrying out the transport service in accordance with applicable transport, licensing and insurance requirements.
13. B2B and supplier accounts
Travel agency and supplier portals may be subject to additional commercial terms, credit arrangements, rate agreements, payout rules or account conditions agreed separately with the relevant company.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the passenger’s country of residence. Courts and competent consumer authorities will have jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
15. Contact and updates
Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@transferise.com. Transferise may update these Terms when services, legal requirements or operational processes change. The version published at the time of booking applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
