Airport and meeting: Guests flying in usually arrive at Antalya Airport (AYT), the main gateway for this area. In summer, passport control and baggage delivery can take a long time; rather than matching the pick-up exactly to the landing time, leave a sensible margin for getting out. Enter the flight number in full; many flights land in Antalya at the same times, and matching your flight correctly depends on this information. If your flight is a connection, enter the number of the last flight into Türkiye.
At the property: Hotels here mostly reach the sea via side roads that branch off the Antalya–Alanya highway (D400); share the full hotel name and the map location so the driver takes the right turn. Kızılağaç, Kızılot, Sorgun and Side all belong to Manavgat but are separate resort areas; confirm the area name so that similarly named hotels are not mixed up. The first sign by the road and the real entrance gate can be some way apart; besides the property name, share the map location if you can so the driver finds the main gate.
Return transfer: Getting from the side road back onto the highway can be busy in summer; plan the pick-up with that margin and agree the waiting point as the lobby or main gate. For the return, check on your ticket which terminal you fly from (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 or domestic) and agree the pick-up time accordingly; the terminals are separate, so going to the wrong one costs time. On the morning of the pick-up, settle checkout beforehand, keep your luggage ready and make sure the phone number on your booking is switched on.
