Your stay at Phaselis Rose will be in the Tekirova, Antalya area. Tekirova lies south of Kemer, surrounded by pine forest, on the stretch of coast that also has the ancient city of Phaselis.
Airport and meeting: If your flight lands at Antalya Airport (AYT), the transfer starts from there. In summer, passport control and baggage delivery can take a long time; rather than matching the pick-up exactly to the landing time, leave a sensible margin for getting out. Enter the flight number in full; many flights land in Antalya at the same times, and matching your flight correctly depends on this information. If you land late at night or in the early hours, let the hotel reception know your arrival time too; properties often want advance notice for night check-in.
At the property: Beldibi, Göynük, Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova are often grouped under Kemer but are separate settlements; confirm the neighbourhood name when you book. Along this coast the hotels reach the sea by side roads off the Antalya–Kemer highway (D400) and the coastal roads, and most properties have an internal road between the main gate and the lobby. Sending the driver the property name and map location makes finding the way easier. Large resort complexes run a security check at the main entrance; the guest name on the booking and the hotel name are needed for that check.
Return transfer: On the way back along this coast, moving the pick-up a little earlier to allow for seasonal traffic is safer; agree the waiting point with the driver as the lobby or main gate. For the return, check on your ticket which terminal you fly from (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 or domestic) and agree the pick-up time accordingly; the terminals are separate, so going to the wrong one costs time. On the morning of the pick-up, settle checkout beforehand, keep your luggage ready and make sure the phone number on your booking is switched on.
