Olympos and Çıralı lie on the coast between Kemer and Kumluca, a quiet area of ancient ruins, forest and small pensions and bungalows. Judging by the map location, the property appears to be on the Olympos valley side; the access road to Olympos is separate from the one to Çıralı.
Airport and meeting: Guests flying in usually arrive at Antalya Airport (AYT), the main gateway for this area. Antalya Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for international flights and a separate terminal for domestic flights; adding the terminal on your ticket to the booking notes makes the meeting easier. In summer, passport control and baggage delivery can take a long time; rather than matching the pick-up exactly to the landing time, leave a sensible margin for getting out. State the number of bags and any large items (bicycle, golf bag, pushchair) in advance; the choice of vehicle depends on it.
At the property: The roads inside the settlements are narrow and slow, and properties can be scattered along the tracks to the forest and the beach. Which locality you are in matters as much as the property name. If you will arrive late, tell reception; small properties plan night-time arrivals in advance. In Olympos the pensions and bungalows are strung along the road to the ruins and the beach; you need to ask reception where the property is along the road (near the entrance or further in). Olympos and Çıralı are separate settlements reached by separate side roads off the Antalya–Kumluca highway (D400); if you do not choose the right one in the booking the driver may take the wrong road.
Return transfer: The way from the side road back to the D400 varies by season; for early flights it is safest to keep the pick-up early and to agree the waiting point with small properties beforehand. For the return, check on your ticket which terminal you fly from (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 or domestic) and agree the pick-up time accordingly; the terminals are separate, so going to the wrong one costs time. If you have a very early flight, tell the hotel a day ahead; it helps if the property knows about early checkout and breakfast.
