Amara Luxury Resort is located in the Beldibi / Göynük, Antalya area. Beldibi and Göynük sit on the coast between Antalya and Kemer; hotels are mostly around the Antalya–Kemer highway (D400) and on side roads leading down to the sea.
Airport and meeting: Guests flying in usually arrive at Antalya Airport (AYT), the main gateway for this area. Antalya Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for international flights and a separate terminal for domestic flights; adding the terminal on your ticket to the booking notes makes the meeting easier. In summer, passport control and baggage delivery can take a long time; rather than matching the pick-up exactly to the landing time, leave a sensible margin for getting out. If your flight is a connection, enter the number of the last flight into Türkiye.
At the property: The roads between pine forest and sea are winding in places, and in season shuttle and tour buses can slow traffic. Along this coast the hotels reach the sea by side roads off the Antalya–Kemer highway (D400) and the coastal roads, and most properties have an internal road between the main gate and the lobby. Sending the driver the property name and map location makes finding the way easier. Large resort complexes run a security check at the main entrance; the guest name on the booking and the hotel name are needed for that check.
Return transfer: On the way back along this coast, moving the pick-up a little earlier to allow for seasonal traffic is safer; agree the waiting point with the driver as the lobby or main gate. For the return, check on your ticket which terminal you fly from (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 or domestic) and agree the pick-up time accordingly; the terminals are separate, so going to the wrong one costs time. On the morning of the pick-up, settle checkout beforehand, keep your luggage ready and make sure the phone number on your booking is switched on.
